What personal data does Aikosmirai collect?

We collect information you provide directly including your name, email address, phone number, and business details. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and features used, device and browser information, and payment data processed securely by PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Does Aikosmirai sell my personal data?

No. Aikosmirai does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Ever. Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the Aikosmirai platform and services. We are not in the data brokerage business.

Can I delete my account and all associated data?

Yes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting our privacy team at privacy@aikosmirai.com. We will process the request within 30 days in compliance with applicable law. Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes such as billing records, but this is kept to the minimum required.

What are the refund terms for subscriptions?

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, but you retain full access until the end of the paid period. For billing errors or exceptional circumstances, contact billing@aikosmirai.com and we will review your case.

Is my data used to train AI models?

By default, no. Your prompts, content, and business data are not used to train Aikosmirai's or any third-party AI models. We do not pass personally identifiable information to AI model providers without anonymization. Enterprise customers may discuss custom data arrangements with our team if desired.

How do you protect my data from breaches?

We use TLS 1.2 or higher for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, role-based access controls, regular third-party security audits, and multi-factor authentication. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities within 72 hours as required by law. You can report security vulnerabilities to security@aikosmirai.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. For users in the European Union, we comply with GDPR requirements. For California residents, we comply with CCPA requirements. For users in other jurisdictions, we comply with applicable local data protection laws.
